General kitchen staff, hall staff, and potential store manager candidates

Employment Type

Full-time (Permanent)

Ideal Candidate

・Passionate about making customers happy through food and hospitality
・Eager to acquire professional cooking skills
・Interested in learning restaurant management know-how

Qualifications

No educational background, experience, or age requirements

Salary

From ¥300,000 per month (includes 45 hours of fixed overtime)
During the 1–2 month training period: ¥280,000 per month
Salary will be determined with consideration of experience and ability

Bonuses

Four times per year (based on company performance), plus additional performance incentives

Salary Increase

Once per year

Transportation Allowance

Provided according to company regulations

Days Off / Leave

Two days off per week (shift system), paid leave available

Work Location

Tokyo (Shinagawa-ku, Ota-ku, Chuo-ku)
