Muginae Muromachi was designed as an urban-style ramen shop, allowing customers to enjoy our signature flavors in a more accessible setting. However, this isn’t just a replica of the main store—it features exclusive menu items that can only be found here.
Despite being located inside a commercial facility, we take pride in preparing our broth fresh in-house. The base is made with a combination of Nagoya Cochin chicken and Okukuji Shamo chicken, carefully balanced with other select ingredients.
Our handmade dipping noodles, crafted from 100% Hokkaido wheat flour, are designed to allow for various flavor customizations, offering a dynamic and personalized ramen experience.
We also introduce limited-edition ramen on an irregular basis, ensuring there’s always something new to enjoy.
